Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Bridgeton, New Jersey
Compensation: $23 - $25 hourly
Hours: 8:00 am till 4:30 pm
Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers
- Move materials safely throughout the warehouse or facility
- Stack and store products in designated areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Forklift Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- 1+ year of forklift operating experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
