Responsibilities
- Lead top-of-funnel recruiting efforts for manufacturing plants across the United States, focusing on technical production roles such as Electrician, Mechanic, Ammonia Technician, and Controls Technician.
- Use proactive sourcing methods including networking, online platforms, workforce centers, technical schools, community organizations, and industry groups to identify qualified skilled trades talent.
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Build, organize, and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit with company values.
- Track sourcing metrics to improve recruitment strategies.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive recruiting experience in a corporate or search firm setting, including sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships effectively.
- ATS experience for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
- Strong client service, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple recruitment processes.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and experience sourcing skilled trades in manufacturing environments.
