Job Title: AR Supervisor

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounts receivable functions, including billing, cash application, and collections
• Monitor aging reports and manage past-due accounts, escalating issues when necessary
• Drive collection efforts to support cash flow and DSO goals
• Lead, coach, and develop AR team members
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and deductions
• Prepare and analyze AR reports to improve performance and working capital
• Identify process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and support system enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–8 years of accounts receivable or collections experience
• 2–3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of AR processes, credit, and cash application
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to analyze data, manage risk, and drive process improvements
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
