Industry background: Experience in governance, risk, compliance, or IT audit
Roles and Responsibilities: Someone needs to be comfortable with the manual work to be able to validate the information and then update the master inventory. This person is NOT a developer, will not be creating API's but will need to review API ,maintain and update the enterprise API inventory across multiple teams. · Partner with product owners and engineering leads to gather accurate API details and documentation. · Coordinate quarterly API attestation activities, track responses, and prepare summary reports. · Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within inventory and attestation workflows.
Must Have Skills 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role. · Strong understanding of APIs, integration concepts, or systems architecture (no coding required). · Advanced proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools. · Strong data validation, documentation, and organizational skills. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. · Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, ADF, ServiceNow workflows).
