Job Title: IT Business Operations Analyst
Location: Memphis, Tennessee

Responsibilities

• Lead a critical, institution-wide lab instrument inventory initiative to improve operational efficiency and provide valuable insights across the organization.
• Support operational projects with business analysis, data collection, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Manage workflows in ServiceNow and other ITSM tools, ensuring data integrity and effective process automation.
• Analyze and interpret data using advanced Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
• Apply project management principles (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to coordinate initiatives and meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or certifications a plus)
• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or related IT environment
• Proficiency in managing workflows in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools such as Power BI
• Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create impactful reports and dashboards
• Strong organizational skills including time management, multitasking, and documentation
• Personal attributes such as initiative, self-motivation, adaptability, integrity, and accountability
