Responsibilities
- Recondition, clean, and organize formwork to rental-ready standards
- Operate and assist with equipment used in construction projects (e.g., high-rise buildings, bridges, tunnels, power plants, and mines)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized yard environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work outdoors in a yard facility
- Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Interest in learning the trade with potential for growth
- Previous warehouse, yard, or construction labor experience is a plus
- Must be able to work in outdoor conditions year-round
- Strong attendance and reliability required
- Steel-toed boots with metatarsal guards required
- Basic understanding of English
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
