Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales professional ready to take full ownership of a high-performing territory and drive measurable results. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth across cutting-edge technology solutions, including access control, audio/visual hardware, network storage, fire/life safety, power supplies, and video surveillance. Key Responsibilities:

Owns active accounts, builds lasting client relationships, and identifies future sales opportunities.

Communicate with clients to understand project scope, budgets, and timelines, ensuring accurate information for effective sales planning.

Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to track client goals, measure progress, and align strategies with business objectives.

Prepare pricing and quotes as needed, and accurately record all sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualify inbound leads and proactively follow up on new opportunities to drive growth.

Organize client meetings and virtual demonstrations to educate customers on technology solutions.

Identify key target accounts and develop strategies to maximize sales for represented vendors.

Work cross-functionally with internal teams to increase sales to members and partners.

Participate in department and sales meetings to stay informed on initiatives and goals.
Qualifications:

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

2–3 years of inside sales experience; wholesale distribution experience a plus.

Proven success in building and maintaining business relationships.

Strong communication skills, including phone proficiency and cold calling.

Customer-focused with excellent objection-handling abilities.

Self-starter with a competitive drive to meet and exceed goals.

Proficiency in MS Office, NetSuite CRM, and online collaboration platforms.

Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities independently.
