Quality Assurance Lead

• Work within release schedule (every 2–3 months)
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)
• Perform Functional & Automation Testing
• Own overall product quality
• Develop and implement QA programs
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and quality
• Participate in SDLC & PMLC processes
• Conduct scope, risk, and cost analysis
• Lead/mentor team members
• Manage testing for ongoing & future initiatives
• Develop testing strategy and plans
• Review/approve test plans, scenarios, scripts
• Validate database impacts & usability
• Ensure documentation accuracy & compliance
• Maintain updated application documentation

  • Table joins
  • Data identification

• Database validation
• API validation
• Web application experience

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Related field (preferred)
• 8+ years of QA leadership experience
