FDIC 370 / 371

Responsibilities

Perform data and report testing for regulatory reporting applications
Validate data accuracy across systems and databases
Work closely with QA Analysts and Developers to ensure testing coverage
Develop testing strategies, plans, and documentation
Perform root-cause analysis and debugging
Ensure SDLC and PMLC compliance
Review test cases, scripts, and documentation
Provide testing leadership, mentoring, and coordination
Deliver testing milestones aligned with project timelines

Must Have Skills

SQL & testing methodologies
Data analysis
Python or R
Data modeling & data warehouse concepts
Software testing lifecycle knowledge
Debugging & root cause analysis

Flex / Nice to Have

Regulatory reporting or financial regulations experience
Banking domain knowledge

Soft Skills

Strong written and verbal communication
Collaboration & teamwork
Analytical thinking and attention to detail

Education
Bachelor’s degree required (experience may substitute)
