Responsibilities
- Process payments made by customers and ensure timely collection of Accounts Receivable balances.
- Prepare statements of accounts for customers and respond to basic customer inquiries via email and other communication channels.
- Conduct root cause analysis of late payments and suggest process improvements to enhance collections efficiency.
- Assist in preparing month-end reporting and participate in projects aimed at Accounts Receivable improvement.
- Manage a complex portfolio of customers across Scandinavia, the Middle East, the Far East, and the U.S. Government, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Utilize basic Excel functions such as downloading, organizing data, sorting, VLOOKUP, and creating simple pivot tables.
- Support internal communication through Zoom meetings, email correspondence, and in-person interactions.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills, especially for external customer interactions via email.
- Proficiency in basic Excel functions including data downloading, organizing, sorting, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid schedule with flexibility.
