1st shift: Mon–Friday 7am-3:30pm
Weekend Shift: Fri/Sat/Sun 6:30am-7pm

Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position

An employee in this position is responsible for providing preventative and repair maintenance for facilities and equipment, installing new equipment, and supporting process improvement as directed by the Maintenance Manager. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, experience in CNC/automation-heavy industrial environments, and the ability to demonstrate leadership within daily tasks and project work.

  16. Support Process Improvement and Engineering Projects

  17. Requires On-Call Duty

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, plus specialized training, certification, or a two-year degree

  • 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience working with CNC machinery, automation systems, or other advanced industrial equipment (highly preferred)

  • Demonstrated leadership experience—leading tasks, small teams, projects, or acting as a go-to resource on the floor

  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
