Job Title: Retail Boutique Associate
Location: Ewing, NJ (Onsite)
Hours / Schedule: Part Time - Wednesdays & Thursdays 9:00AM - 2:00PM
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20 per hour

Overview
Reputable Consumer Product Goods (CPG) company is seeking a part time worker to support various functions within their company retail boutique/store. Various functions include but are not limited to customer service, cash handling, lifting up to 50lb of store products, stocking and inventory. Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including replenishment, cash register operation, and reconciling sales to cash and checks.
• Assist with intern and employee volunteers and perform backroom duties such as opening/lifting cases of product.
• Manage a Teams site used for volunteer sign up.
• Reconcile daily sales each Thursday and coordinate with the Finance team for cash pickup and delivery.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Experience working in retail preferred; customer-facing experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with handling cash and reconciling sales.
• Experience with pallet jacks and working with people with disabilities is a plus.
