Job Title: SAP Planner

Responsibilities

  • Create work orders, purchase requisitions, and non-work order PRs for engineers in SAP.
  • Monitor metric reports, including inactive reports, and follow up on projects with 90 days of no spend activity.
  • Collaborate with project leads to resolve issues or update reports.
  • Partner regularly with finance, accounting, capital asset accounting, and supply chain departments.
  • Generate WBS elements or request their generation via the company's MDO (Master Data Online) tool.
  • Provide hands-on support for SAP-related tasks for project engineers and project leads.

Requirements
  • Proficiency with SAP and MDO is preferred but not required.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel (pivot tables), Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • PowerPlan experience is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and demonstrate critical thinking.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a project support role.
