Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Dayton, Ohio

Type: 3 Month Contract

Compensation: Up to $30.00

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid Onsite M-TH

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team during maternity leave coverage, including onboarding, interview scheduling, and employee relations.
• Manage new hires onboarding processes and assist with I-9 verification, background checks, and drug screens.
• Coordinate employee communications and support HR initiatives to enhance workforce engagement.
• Support the use of Workday for HR functions and maintain accurate employee records.

• Experience supporting employee onboarding and employee relations.
• Proficiency with Workday HR software.
• High energy and strong communication skills.
• Prior experience supporting HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
• No government clearance required.
