Objective

Drive revenue growth by developing and managing a portfolio of cross-border logistics accounts. Identify market opportunities and deliver consultative supply chain solutions that address complex shipping requirements across international corridors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business relationships and expand service adoption within current client base
  • Partner with marketing to identify and pursue qualified prospects in assigned territory
  • Gather and analyze supply chain data to inform strategic recommendations
  • Document client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales progression in CRM system
  • Create account penetration strategies using market research and competitive intelligence
  • Present logistics solutions that address operational challenges and cost optimization goals
  • Negotiate pricing structures to achieve margin targets while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, pricing, claims, and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Identify cost reduction opportunities through process improvements and service optimization
  • Support organizational objectives related to safety, quality, and financial performance

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in B2B sales role
  • Direct experience in cross-border freight, forwarding, or global logistics operations
  • Professional proficiency in English for business communication
  • Competency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel regularly via various modes of transportation
  • Availability for occasional evening and weekend business activities

Preferences

  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Experience with CRM platforms for pipeline management
  • Track record of quota attainment in transportation/logistics sector
  • Familiarity with supply chain analytics and consultative selling methodology
