• Will take direction from senior engineers, documenting their designs, producing plans, sections, elevations, single line diagrams, layout drawings, details, schedules, etc.
• Drafting & documentation of MEP systems for various structures
• Planning of electrical infrastructure, including sub-stations, generators, EV charging stations, solar panel arrays, etc.
• Assist with specifications writing
• Preparation of contract documents

• HSD/GED required; secondary education or technical training preferred
• 3-5+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with ANSI, NFPA, NEC, and other relevant codes and standards a plus
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and telecommunications drafting preferred
• Understanding of standard MEP drafting symbols
• Revit Drafting a plus
• AutoCAD, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat experience required
