Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lenexa, KS
Type: Contract with extension
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid
Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm CT

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day interactions between the company and customers to ensure a consistent and engaging customer experience.
• Engage with internal and external customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, faxes, and emails, efficiently resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Document notes in relevant systems and communicate effectively via email with clients while on calls.
• Support sales interface and uphold standards for quality service delivery.

• Customer-facing experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, primarily over the phone.
• Ability to switch between applications while on calls, including logging notes and sending emails.
• High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work efficiently.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change gears quickly and work well under pressure.
• Solid interpersonal and organizational skills with a proven ability to work within a team setting.
