Job Title: Contract Associate
Location: San Rafael, CA
Type: Contract (5 months with extension potential)
Compensation: $40-48.00
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid – Tues/Thursday in office

Joule is seeking a Contract Associate to support end-to-end contract and requisition workflow management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be supporting cross-functional partners across Procurement, Finance, and Legal to keep contracting and purchasing processes moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage a large volume of contracts from draft through final signature
• Create and submit contract and financial requisitions in SAP/Ariba
• Support vendor research/validation and new supplier setup/updates as needed
• Draft and route NDAs, SOWs, and change orders for review/negotiation
• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive execution

Qualifications

• Prior contract management/administration experience required
• Strong SAP/Ariba experience highly preferred
• Detail-oriented (proofreading/editing), organized, and able to prioritize under tight timelines
• Strong communication skills and comfort navigating ambiguity/complex workflows
