Hours: Onsite, M-F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract End Date: August 31st (may vary depending on workload)

About the Role:
System One is partnering with a Tulsa-based non-profit to hire a Bilingual Enrollment Clerk. This role is perfect for a strong administrative professional who enjoys working with data, technology, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Benefit Management: Use benefit management software to review cases, resolve issues, and verify documentation to ensure timely and accurate benefit processing.

• Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain participant information in CRM systems for reporting and tracking purposes.

• Customer Service: Provide prompt, high-quality support to participants via phone, chat, text, and email.

• Mail Support: Assist with mail processing, including organizing mail, entering return mail data, and labeling outgoing mail for timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Strong administrative skills with experience in data entry and data review

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with CRM software and general computer proficiency
