Job Title: Legal Specialist
Location: Hybrid Work Model Reporting to Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA
Pay Rate: Open to Both C2C and W2 options
Position Type: Multiyear Contract

Job Description:
A Legal Specialist provides support by accurately complying with garnishments, child support orders, tax liens and IRS levy by restricting members accounts or funds.
1. Knowledge of legal regulations and compliance requirements
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Preferred qualifications:
* We would like the candidates to have legal experience working in an attorneys office or court
* Effective communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Focused and able to time manage with minimal to no supervision
* Able to take initiatives
