Credit Manager

System one is seeking an experienced Credit Manager for an established Tulsa based organization. This senior-level role will partner closely with another Credit Manager to oversee all aspects of credit, collections, and accounts receivable, while supporting broader accounting and operational functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full credit review and approval process, including pulling credit reports, researching references, and evaluating customer creditworthiness
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and open balances; lead collection efforts through phone and email communication
• Coordinate account actions such as suspensions, lien filings, bond filings, and third-party collections when necessary
• Maintain and update customer accounts within the ERP system (Epicor Eclipse), including cash applications and discrepancy resolution
• Support billing activities and ensure accurate invoice processing, including entry into third-party customer portals
• Collaborate with management and sales teams to review and manage significant account balances and risks
• Maintain organized and up-to-date credit files and documentation
• Provide excellent customer support by resolving disputes, assisting with payments, and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Assist with additional accounting and finance functions, including sales tax compliance, treasury tasks, month-end close, and audit support

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in credit management, collections, and accounts receivable
• Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk evaluation
• Experience working within an ERP system (Epicor Eclipse preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
