Location: Tulsa, OK
Travel: Regular domestic travel

Salary: $70,000–$90,000/year

Job Summary

System One is seeking an experienced Project Accountant to support multiple projects and ensure accurate billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting for a client in the Tulsa area. This role works closely with project leadership and may assist with training and mentoring accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities

Process and review vendor/subcontractor invoices
Prepare and reconcile client billings
Review pay applications, contracts, and documentation
Perform job cost reconciliations and resolve variances
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews
Maintain documentation in a paperless system
Assist with payroll and general accounting support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
6+ years of project-based or industry-related accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with ERP or project accounting systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
